Before committing budget, understand what you are building
Requirements mapping, high-level architecture, a qualitative USD range estimate, and a delivery roadmap — in up to 5 business days.
Three levels of depth
The Discovery fee is 100% credited toward the project.
Discovery Light
Focused technical consult: decide between stacks, evaluate an RFP, or code review.
$2,000 – $4,000
- 5–10 business days
- 1h kickoff + analysis
- 8–15 page document
- 1h presentation
Discovery Standard
Deep project analysis: scope, architecture, stack, and 3 priced alternatives.
$4,000 – $9,000
- 2–3 weeks
- Kickoff + 1–2 sessions
- Code/infra review
- 20–35 page document
Discovery Deep
Multi-stakeholder: workshops, process mapping, phased roadmap, change management.
$8,000 – $15,000
- 3–4 weeks
- 2–3 kickoff sessions
- Workshops
- 35–60 page document
- 2 presentations
Qualitative ranges. The exact figure comes out of Discovery, and is 100% credited toward the project.
Why start with Discovery
The biggest source of failure in software projects is not bad code — it is a misunderstood scope. A fixed proposal without a diagnosis is an expensive guess: scope shifts mid-flight, cost overruns, and the relationship sours. The Discovery Pack exists to remove that uncertainty before any larger budget commitment.
In up to 5 business days, we turn an idea or a problem into an actionable technical document: requirements mapped, high-level architecture drawn with justified decisions, technical risks identified with mitigation strategies, and a qualitative USD range estimate — never a single hard number, because honest software is estimated in a range, not guessed.
What you get
- Detailed mapping of functional and non-functional requirements.
- High-level architecture with justified decisions (why this stack, why this pattern).
- Qualitative USD range estimate — calibrated to real scope, not optimism.
- Delivery roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
- Identification of technical risks and mitigation strategies.
The three depth levels
Pick the tier based on complexity and the number of parties involved. All of them deliver the core above; the deeper levels add layers of analysis.
Discovery Light
For focused projects, a small team, and well-defined requirements — MVPs and bounded scopes. It delivers the core: requirements mapping, high-level architecture, range estimate, and delivery roadmap. It is the ideal starting point when you already know what you want and need a solid technical plan.
Discovery Standard
For platforms with multiple systems, integrations, or teams involved. It includes everything in Light and adds integration mapping, technical risk analysis, and epic prioritization. It is the most chosen tier for companies that already have a product and need to evolve without breaking what works.
Discovery Deep
For strategic projects with multiple stakeholders, RFP review, and the need for executive alignment. It includes everything in Standard and adds multi-stakeholder facilitation, RFP review, and an executive presentation. Suited for high-impact decisions and RFPs.
The fee is credited toward the project
Discovery is not a sunk cost. When the development project moves forward with ConsoliDados, the Discovery fee is fully credited toward the execution budget — 100% applied. In practice, the diagnosis becomes part of the project investment, not an extra charge.
And if the project does not move forward? You keep everything produced: architecture, estimates, and roadmap are yours, ready for internal execution or another vendor. You leave Discovery with clarity, whatever you decide.
